Refund Policy

Faulty Goods

If the item is faulty on arrival, or you receive an incorrect item, we will fully reimburse you for the return and pay for the delivery of the replacement item, or give you a full refund if the item is no longer in stock.

Unwanted Goods/Changed your mind

If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have 14 days, starting the day after you receive your goods, to send us notice that you wish to cancel your order.

If you wish to cancel you must notify us in writing (e-mail is sufficient), or download this form and send it to us. Please be advised that you will have to meet the cost of returning the item(s) in this case. For larger items we can offer you our discounted rates with one of our couriers - if you would like any further information please just call us.

The 14 day cooling off period is to give you the same opportunity to inspect goods as you would have in a shop and we would be grateful if you could endeavour to return unwanted items to us in a saleable condition (in it's original packaging, unused and all original labels etc still attached). If items are unable to be re-sold due to missing items, we cannot guarantee that a full refund will be given. Products are to be returned within 14 days of notification of cancellation. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the unwanted/faulty items. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment only. Where a cancellation has been sent and a refund issued, any ancillary contract such as a warranty is automatically cancelled.

Items exempt from this returns policy

DVD/CD Roms (once the seal has been broken) and Magazines (unless the item(s) is/are faulty or damaged)
